Training Costs Effective January 1, 2008

Reliability Engineering Principles Training Course: (Add travel time for offshore locations +  expenses + training manuals.  Note: Students need an electronic hand held calculator with natural logarithm capability for class work and home work.)  Recommended maximum class size = 20 students.

3 day session (suggested if demonstration project follow-up occurs in 6-8 weeks after completion of the training class)

Consulting Cost Details Effective January 1, 2008

Professional Engineering Service Rates For Consulting And Travel

Hourly rate

 $225 per hour

Daily rate

$1800 per day

Travel time portal-to-portal and delay time

 $120 per hour

Time in excess of eight hours/day

 1.5 x usual    

Time for weekend work

 2.0 x usual    

Support of litigation

 $350/hour

Depositions or expert testimony for litigation

Volume discounts apply to quoted professional engineering service rates for hourly billing in a calendar quarter

5% for 20 up to 40 days,
7.5% for 40 up to 60 days,
10% for 60+ days

Volume discounts of 10% (excludes software--see SuperSMITH webpage for software discount details) are available for long term training commitments of 6 or more of the same courses in a calendar year for the same company. Telephone, FAX, or e-mail for specific quotations or for fixed price quotations.

Payment terms are net 10 days with invoice payable in US currency. Quotes are valid for 90 days unless otherwise noted.
